COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our client , a Japanese IT company is seeking an experienced and dynamic Development Team Leader to manage and guide a team of software and firmware engineers. This role is ideal for a strong technical leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality products.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and mentor engineering team; hire and develop talent.
Oversee project planning, agile execution, and resource allocation.
Ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery (QCD).
Provide technical guidance on architecture, design, and code reviews.
Implement best practices, standards, and process improvements.
Manage budgets and report progress to senior management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
7+ years in software/firmware development, 3+ years in leadership.
Strong knowledge of SDLC, DevOps tools (GitLab, Jira, Confluence).
Experience in cross-platform development and system architecture.
Proven leadership, agile project management, and communication skills.
Budget management and QCD awareness.
