Devops Engineer - Gitlab / CI/CD

Working Location: Central

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 10am-7pm (Hybrid + Flexible)

Remuneration Package: Basic + AWS + Bonus

We are hiring for a Devops Engineer to build & implement user interface components.

Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with Development, Infrastructure, and Product teams to ensure successful project delivery, plan maintenance strategies, and rectify any building errors that arise.

• Oversee daily operations involving system monitoring, backups, deployments, and maintenance.

• Create, maintain, and manage continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and automated testing systems to uphold top-notch software quality in an environment of continuous building and deployment (utilizing Jenkins Pipeline/Library).

• Craft scripts and programs for monitoring services and conducting health checks on systems.

• Employ cutting-edge technologies such as Kubernetes to automate and construct scalable systems and environments using infrastructure-as-code and a GitOps approach.

• Implement automated security measures in testing, deployment, and production setups in accordance with industry best practices.

• Continuously scout for new tools and innovative ideas to enhance the entire production systems process, demonstrating a strong aptitude for self-learning and an enthusiasm for adopting new technologies.

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Min 3 years of working experience in devops engineering
• Proficient in devops technologies: AWS/AliCloud/GCP/Azure (e.g. AWS: EC2, RDS, ELB, EFS, ELK, ElasticCache, S3, VPC, Glacier, IAM, CloudWatch, KMS, AMK, EKS)
• Experienced with building and setting up high velocity and reliable CI/CD pipeline using tools/platforms such as Jenkins, Gitlab, Nexus, Maven, Spinnaker
• Proficiency with containers and cloud orchestration tools such as Docker, Kubernetes
