Automate AIDA's code deployment process through implementing CI/CD pipeline Integrate GenAI tools and practices into AIDA's development workflow Support security and compliance process as part of development workflow and regular audit Collaborate with platform engineering, cybersecurity and IT teams to ensure secure and scalable delivery processes

Make an Impact by:

Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using selected tooling Implement security-by-design principles across build, test, release, and deployment stages Introduce automation for secrets management, vulnerability scanning, policy enforcement, and compliance validation Implement security baselines and controls for code repositories, infrastructure, and deployment pipelines Implement and monitor secure artifact and container registries Explore and implement use cases for GenAI in secure software development (e.g., AI-assisted code review, automated documentation, security linting) Implement guardrails and risk mitigation strategies for GenAI-enabled development processes Provide DevSecOps best practices and guidance to platform and engineering teams Contribute to operational readiness, observability, and incident response playbooks related to platform deployments

Skills for Success:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering or cybersecurity with at least 1 year focused on DevSecOps Experience with implementing and operating Atlassian, GitLab and/or Azure DevOps platforms Understanding of cloud security practices, networking, and access control in hybrid environments Knowledge of integrating GenAI tools into developer workflows (e.g., GitHub Copilot Clear communicator who can explain complex technical risks and solutions to non-technical stakeholders Self-driven and proactive, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
