Responsiblities

Perform food tray inspection to ensure meal prepared is in accordance to kitchen guidelines
Provide therapeutic training to kitchen staff
Conduct patient satisfaction survey
Support daily Control Room operations and ensure all meal orders are communicated to the Kitchen in a timely and accurate manner
Housekeeping of all diet cards before handing over to Kitchen for plating
Manage diet orders in eMOS and take initiative to clarify with ward staff on any discrepancies and/or ambiguous meal orders
Co-ordinate with Culinary and Stewarding teams for timely dispatch of meals, especially second trolley meal orders
Handle feedback from ward staff in a professional manner and provide the appropriate service recovery
