COMPANY OVERVIEW Asian-born JOLT Digital was created because of the increasing need to change up the media agency offer. BACKROUND Founder Sebastien Lepez set up the company after a long career both agency and client side. Agency-wise he felt that teams were too set in their ways, not able to leverage technology and be truly innovative in their thinking. They so often talked the talked but didn\xe2\x80\x99t walk the walk. Time and again he saw they stuck to the same old models, the same old plans. Client-side he challenged his agencies to be more innovative, to push the envelope, but they all came back, time and again with the same old models, same old plans. Frustrated Sebastien decided to make the break and set up his own agency to shake things up. JOLT was born four years ago. To jolt the age-old model. To jolt the industry. To find ways to maximise media budget - harnessing the power of both strong strategy and, precisely where needed, a vast array of AdTech without which in today\xe2\x80\x99s rapidly evolving media landscape brands would be left increasingly vulnerable. And what better part of the world to start than in Asia - the forefront of progressive, mobile-first marketing and innovation; less married to tradition and traditional models.

So not only are we experts in client first digital media planning & buying but we can also advise on how to power up those plans through the use of both JOLT approved tech and our proprietary tech (J-CAL). We have created a unique media planning technology, called J-CAL, which brings science into media planning so we can build plans based on ROAS rather than only on the usual media metrics, like reach or engagement. Our plans are designed to deliver the highest ROAS possible.

OUR OFFICES JOLT is headquartered in Singapore where it all started 5 years ago. JOLT has two more offices in Asia (Philippines and Japan) via partner agencies. We opened an office in London in August 2022 with the ambition of bringing our game-changing solutions to clients in Europe. We have at the moment one employee in London. More offices will be opened in 2023.

JOB OVERVIEW: Digital Account Director This job is a permanent full-time position starting from 1st June 2023 or earlier. You will have a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic Digital agency which is changing the game of an outdated industry. You will create the future with us. JOLT is expanding with more accounts and more people, we are therefore in need to hire a high calibre to lead our accounts and teams to deliver brilliant work. You will be responsible for our two teams formed of 4 and 6 people, split across accounts. You will be responsible for your clients\xe2\x80\x99 management and teams\xe2\x80\x99 delivery on your accounts. You will interact with senior stakeholders at the client and be responsible for building a strong relationship with clients from different background and different countries. You will be responsible for the team\xe2\x80\x99s development, ensuring they grow skills, acquire new ones, have a clear path to success, a long-term future at JOLT and have fun! You will be building media strategies with your team, delivering to the set KPIs and making the data talk to constantly strive for better results. You will also be responsible for delivering thought leadership pieces to our clients. Your job will not be about dispatching the work and ensuring that work is done on time. But you will be responsible for coaching your team on how to deliver brilliant work in less time and with better outcomes. As JOLT is still a young agency there is a need to put more processes in place to manage accounts effectively and efficiently but also to constantly create upskilling plans that will help your team to stay motivated and continue to learn more. We want happy people, happy clients! You will report directly to the General Manager.

JOB SUCCESS CRITERIA
  • Successfully lead the two teams and the accounts under them
  • Deliver results to the objectives that were agreed with each client, and try to even achieve better results through constant improvements
  • Create a strong relationship with clients that clients become advocates of JOLT and will start referring JOLT
  • Develop with your team innovative digital strategies, execution tactics and actionable performance reviews
  • Develop though leadership pieces
  • Be responsible for the accounts and the teams\xe2\x80\x99 work
  • Lead a team of 10 people
  • Create strong relationship with your team, coach them so they become better digital professionals and develop upskilling plans

JOB REQUIREMENTS You need to have a previous experience in a media agency on local and regional roles, ideally from a big network agency (e.g. iProspect, Reprise, Mindshare, OMD, UM, etc.).
  • At least 8 to 12 years of previous digital experience at media/digital agency, including client leading experience
  • Worked on local and regional accounts before, including performance accounts
  • Masters Paid Social, Programmatic, Search and have track records of having delivered great performance to clients
  • Masters client servicing and account leadership. Have track records of having delivered results above expectations on account management
  • Proficient in Google Adwords, DV360, FB Ad Manager, LinkedIn and other digital platforms
  • Have created and executed successful digital strategies for clients
  • Having previously successfully led a team
  • Know how to make the data talk and uncover actionable insights
  • Organised multi-tasker with an eye for detail in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Know how to prioritize and organise tasks. Born multitasker who loves to take on challenges, especially on a tight deadline
  • Work well in teams
  • Self-starter but you work well in a team
  • You like working in a fast-paced company, with the opportunity and ability to learn, adapt and move quickly
