Digital Account Associate / Digital Account Executive

Manage client relationships, providing strategic guidance and ensuring smooth execution of digital campaigns on time and within budget Lead media budget planning and allocation across channels including Facebook, Google, and Pure Player (Shopee & Lazada) platforms Collaborate with media agencies, content teams, and other stakeholders to develop and deliver compelling campaign strategies and creative assets Analyse campaign and web analytics data (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) to optimize performance and increase conversions and sales Develop and implement multi-channel digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and customer journeys Prepare detailed post-campaign reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement Oversee operational processes and project frameworks to ensure accuracy, quality control, and client satisfaction Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support business development activities including pitches and lead nurturing Manage account financials including revenue forecasting, resource planning, and statement of work negotiations Stay updated on industry trends, competitive activities, and digital innovations to proactively bring fresh ideas and solutions Deliver training and guidance to internal teams and clients to ensure alignment with brand standards and updated processes

Job Requirements:



Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce operation and digital marketing account management (Pure Player platform experience is an advantage) Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, media planning, campaign execution, and optimization Proficiency in digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics Experience working with project management and collaboration tools like JIRA and AEM Excellent client management, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strategic thinker with strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities Proven track record of driving sales growth, campaign success, and channel expansion Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects concurrently, with prior agency experience preferred * Self-motivated, detail-oriented team player with leadership capabilities and a confident, proactive disposition
