The squad is accountable for the management and performance of the dynamic EP portfolio of products in partnered affiliates.The ambition for digital is to engage and serve patients and customers in a purely digital way at an above-country level.As Digital Activation Manager (DAM) you will be accountable for ensuring the successful execution of the digital engagement and services for EP Squad, including tracking defined metrics and driving incremental improvement through application of learning.You will be joining the team already composed by 1 Digital Lead, 1 Digital Activation Manager and will work closely with Disease Area Lead (DAL), Medical & Scientific Partner (MSP) as well as Alliance Manager (AM) within the squad.Beyond the squad, you will work closely with affiliates, the Content Lab, APAC CX Network, EpiCXs & RDI teams, but also Global CXI partners to ensure efficient and effective digital execution.Principle Responsibilities:As a EP Squad Member:Together with other EP squad and network members define short & mid-term EPS outcomes in alignment with EPS vision,long-term outcomes & Roche 2030 vision.Proactively contribute to the achievement of defined EPS outcomes and linked success metrics.Actively participate and contribute to the squad practice of self-management & self authored learning to accelerate growth and foster high-performance culture.Proactively share market & customer knowledge adopting defined systems and forums for retention and dissemination.Partner mindfully with affiliates, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and never compromising their customer and business accountabilities (reputation, trust, license to operate, etc).Successfully lead Work Packages through effective and transparent communication, scope management, technical expertise, critical thinking and problem-solving.As a Digital Activation Manager:Working with the EP APAC DAM, Digital Lead, DAL, SMP & AM to:Shape and execute a purely digital business modelCo-develop a purely digital business model: With EPS and the network, build the purely digital model vision, strategy and roadmap to make it happen. Bring stakeholders on the journey and ensure the strategy is embedded in APAC and Roche Global overall strategy.Implementation: Through experimentation and learnings, enable the implementation of the strategy by bringing stakeholders together, driving innovation and change and overcoming challenges and roadblocks.Build first in class digital execution and be accountable in the quality of the digital engagementStandards: Define and establish the standards to ensure a first in class digital executionEngagement execution: Coordinate the digital campaign planning, development and execution for key DA across APAC (between campaign owners and The Lab).
