He/she will uphold the media operational excellence especially KPI setting & tracking. He/she will support the roll-out of global capability building programs and is instrumental in bringing to life the Sanofi\xc2\xb4s CHC global media & digital roadmap for each brand, working across key stakeholders in brand marketing, consumer Insights, finance, commercial and other functional teams.ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT:This role reports into the ASEA Integrated Consumer Engagement Lead and is part of the Brand and Innovation Team.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDigital & Media Management
Work with ASEA Zone integrated consumer engagement lead to design and execute paid media & digital marketing programs that align with zone priorities following global guidelines.
Collaborates with the agency partners during the annual experience planning process and designs the best in class paid media strategy and approach. Translate global media strategies into best in class local executions.
Responsible for quarterly / monthly paid media activation and monitoring (with the media agencies).
Collaborate with the owned & earned media manager to ensure the paid media activations are well connected and delivers a holistic consumer journey.
Leverage digital activation and campaign management tools (Google, Meta, Tittok) to keep a tab on the quality of implementation and to ensure excellence in execution. Optimize media campaigns to deliver best ROI.
Support brands in their engagement with third-party vendors where needed.
Constantly seek out innovation in the digital space for the business to drive growth and meet objectives.
Lead the digital upskilling of the organization in order to raise the digital capabilities and skills of everyone and create a digital-first mindset within the organization.
Budget Setting and Management
Ensure regular monitoring of media investments and performance versus planned.
Achieve annual gains (cost + quality) of media activations across the region.
Media Agency Relationship Management
Build and cultivate partnerships with relevant agency/ partners/ vendors.
Monitoring of the fulfilment of contractual deliverables committed by the media agency.
Comply with and support global media audit process and feedback surveys. Align plan of action to address any performance issues.
Maintain the monthly media flowcharts and ensure the plan is with annual approved budgets.
Detail digital plans & media performance tracking in line with agreed cadence (bi-weekly, monthly, post -campaign review)
Implement clear measurement feedback loop to reflect and improve upon campaign performance vs objectives.
JOB-HOLDER REQUIREMENTS:To excel in this role, you will need to have:
Education: Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
~ 5 years Media/Digital Agency and/or Media Owner /or Consultancy /or Client-side experience in digital marketing & traditional media of which atleast 3 years in local execution roles
Strong knowledge of planning and buying across all media (TV, Digital etc)
Expert knowledge in Digital paid media including Programmatic, Social, SEM
Hands on experience with digital activation & campaign management tools (Google, Meta, Tik-tok)
Experience managing large and complex projects across multiple countries (esp in SEA)
Understanding of consumer journey, mapping against media strategies & channels.
Professional skills:
Good understanding of brand comms planning, (measurement, tracking, data driven optimizations)
Ability to manage an Agency relationship, People focused and team-worker
Data-driven mindset with focus on performance optimization, with an ability to organize and crunch data, interpret metrics and identify trends
Ability to rationalize and make a clear analysis of facts presented
Strong project management skills (e.g., building & rigorously tracking work plan).
Strong interpersonal communication skills (verbal and non-verbal) to share expertise
Delivering results working effectively with internal and external partners.
Passion for new media, tools and techniques.
International experience: working outside of own cultural environment; across multiple countries.
Language:
Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills in English.
Other language is a plus.
