Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment.About the RoleThe core purpose of the Digital Advertising Specialist role is to spearhead all paid marketing campaigns and manage traffic and troubleshoot ad campaigns for The Beat. This also includes but is not limited to:

• Build and implement innovative and effective digital advertising campaigns
• Management and maintenance of digital advertising campaigns including budgeting and bid management, ad copy/keyword/targeting updates
• Handle end-to-end optimization of paid marketing campaigns in line with the established goals and strategies
• Effectively communicate the status of campaigns, technical issues, launch delays, delivery issues, etc.
• Test and evaluate new types of ad products
• Monitor ad campaigns and ensure that campaigns are executed efficiently and accurately
• Handle efficiently the ad budgets, ad creatives and keyword research
• Generate and analyze data for reporting possible recommendations
• Implement best practice guidelines and adhere to company protocol
• Work with the channel marketing owners to best leverage campaigns and ensure the consistent end-to-end consumer experience
• Development of actionable insights
• Maintaining internal documentation to ensure it is always up-to-date and in line with best practices
• Facilitate the development of newer team members and act as a reliable contributor and leader

Digital Advertising Specialist Requirements

• Graduate of BS Marketing Management, BSBA Advertising Management, BS Information Technology, BS Computer Science or equivalent field
• 3 to 5 years of proven work experience as a Digital Advertising Specialist or equivalent
• 2+ years of working with Google Ads and Ad Manager, Microsoft, and Facebook Ads
• 2+ years of working with Google Analytics with data visualization (Google Data Studio)
• Understanding of industry trends, the latest social media marketing advancements, and relevant campaigns
• Experience in managing multiple projects with flawless execution
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building skills and experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders/business partners
• Deep understanding of traditional, digital, and emerging channels
• Knowledge of HTML / JavaScript, strong knowledge of search engine optimization, and advanced Word & PowerPoint skills
• Experienced in customer and market research
