California Recovery Center provides clinical excellence in the treatment of Substance Use Disorder in an environment that empowers the people we serve to be independent and active planners in their pathway to recovery. This is a different model than traditional SUD programs - if you want to work on the cutting edge and be part of something different then California Recovery Center might be the place for you.We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our online ads, websites, chat bot, listings and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. The perfect candidate has keen eyes for detail, can make sound decisions on media buying based on trends and other analytics and comfortably use various digital platforms, tools and applications that may be used on the job. • Strategically optimize website structure and content for search engines and the use of paid online advertising
• Plan, develop and execute online campaigns
• Evaluate trends, assess new data and keep up to date with the latest digital marketing techniques
• Manage digital agency relationships, day by day production as well as campaign budgets and schedules
• Oversee and manage digital media buying and placements
• Manage online sales funnel and CRM integration, including chat bot
• Research trends and competitors
• Owning and maintaining site analytics, metrics and campaign reporting to provide significant insights and guide decision making

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Bachelor's/College Degree — B.S. Marketing, B.A. Communication and Advertising, B.S. Digital Marketing, B.A. Media Management or other related course
• Digital Literacy
• Working knowledge and experience in media buying
• Familiarity with Google Analytics
• Website creation and/or editing skills is a plus

• Laptop or desktop with at least an i5 core processor (see important note below)*
• Must have a reliable Internet connection of at least 5 MBPS and back-up
• Reliable headset/phone, preferably noise cancelling

SCHEDULE

• Full-time: Not more than 40 hours a week

SALARY

• $6-7; Salary negotiable based on experience
