Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Digital Advertising Specialist
to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across
Google, Meta, and TikTok
, understands the digital advertising ecosystem, and is capable of handling both campaign execution and performance tracking with minimal supervision.
This role involves running end-to-end campaigns -- from setup and optimization to performance reporting -- for AI WISE's clients (approximately 80% of workload) and for AI WISE's in-house marketing (approximately 20%).
Key Responsibilities
Plan, set up, and manage digital advertising campaigns across
Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads
platforms.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI, conversion rate, and cost efficiency.
Implement and maintain tracking solutions, including
GA4, Appsflyer, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API (CAPI)
.
Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with internal teams to align ad campaigns with client objectives and marketing strategies.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical tracking or campaign setup issues.
Stay updated on the latest ad platform updates, policies, and best practices.
Basic Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Business, Computer Science
, or a related field.
Minimum
3 years of experience
in digital advertising campaign management.
Solid understanding of the
digital advertising ecosystem
and key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
Hands-on experience with
Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager
.
Proficiency in setting up and managing
GA4, Appsflyer, Meta Pixel, and CAPI
tracking.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and data interpretation skills.
Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Preferred Skills
Certifications
such as Google Ads Certification , Meta Blueprint Certification , or TikTok Academy Certification.
Experience using
data visualization tools
to create campaign dashboards.
Familiarity with
AI marketing tools
(e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney) or automation platforms.
Understanding of
SEO, SEM, and social media analytics
.
Knowledge of
APAC market trends
and consumer behavior.
Basic understanding of
HTML, JavaScript
, or tag implementation is a plus.
