Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Partner Manager to maintain and expand our client\'s strategic partnerships for content on their platform. This person will be responsible for establishing and managing strategic relationships with key business stakeholders and will work with our client\'s top-tier product and engineering teams to launch the best and most innovative products. This individual will be the bridge to connect and engage with strategic partners around gaming, VR, technology. This person will also work cross-functionally with the policy, legal, marketing, PR, and operations to optimize new capabilities, improve user experience, and ensure thier partners are successful.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with experience in product collaboration and has a passion for driving unique partner/product solutions. They will be responsible for understanding partner needs, identifying opportunities, and driving measurable results. This candidate should possess an analytical mindset, a relationship-focused approach, and robust communication skills. This is a 6-month-assignment position based out of Singapore.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Help drive product strategy through strategic partnerships with core developer partners.
• Define partner success requirements, produce qualitative and quantitative analysis of partner and product impact, aggregate and translate feedback, explore new strategic opportunities, and inform the product roadmap with enhanced or new functionality.
• Set, trak, analyze, and communicate key partner performance metrics and business trends.
• Represent the company in external meetings with senior executives from other firms.
• Mainain direct and active relationships with partners, including proactively resolving business, technical, and policy challenges.
• Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, business development, partnerships, policy, legal, marketing, and PR to launch products and partnerships.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• BA or BS Degree
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience with product, consulting, business development, partnership, or technical experience.
• This position is for the Republic of Korea region developers, Korean fluency is required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working with developer partners from gaming, VR, technology, or related industry.
• Ability to define, develop and lead complex projects in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Collaboration and relationship-building skills - with the ability to develop working relationships at all levels of management, both inside and outside the company.
