Digital Ambassador (Bank)

• 9 months contract, possibility for conversion
• Office Location: East & Downtown

The Opportunity

• Assist Clients at Client Centre with Digital Banking Functionalities
• Assist with testing with Frontliners with Digital Banking Functionalities
• Assist to attend to queries from DB from Frontliners (RMs + ARMs)
• Submit periodical reports on digital queries and feedback
• Execute Branch Digital Programs

Your Background

• Training will be provided.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Powerpoint.
• Good interpersonal Skills, Flair of communicating with clients - People person
