Be familiar and proactively keeps up to date with latest banking products, processes, and services so as to be able to suggest alternate banking solutions for customers where fitting
Quality service delivery standards at all times, including attending service huddles with branch team

Open to fresh A-level graduates
Comfortable to be in a customer facing role
Strong communication skills
