At Marketnode, our DMI suite covers the following:

• Data services: AI powered structured data and extraction tools
• Funds & transaction management: operating Fundnode, a funds transaction management and settlement platform
• Digital Assets: multi-asset tokenization, record keeping and asset servicing

We are looking for a multi-facing, execution-focused Digital Asset Solution Architect to design and build mission-critical software solution implementations for our flagship digital asset and funds platforms. Supporting both traditional and digital assets implementations, this role is well suited to someone with deep platform implementation & operational experience in Web3 platforms, with a preference for experience in tokenized RWA (real world assets) such as funds, credit and structured products.
As part of a distributed and high-performing development team, you will partner closely with Clients, Business and Product departments, leading the design and build of secure technical solutions at scale. This is a newly created key senior role within the company, reporting directly into the Head of Engineering.
What You'll Do

• Work closely with clients to understand technical requirements, process/asset/money flows and system integrations
• Partner with product, technology and business teams to create client documentation and contribute to platform improvements
• Design and implement features on our digital asset platforms
• Develop and test secure smart contracts
• Maintain high efficiency of connectivity and security across our wallet infrastructure
• Contribute to architecture design
• Continually improve developer experience on our codebases to increase efficiency
• Uphold a strong testing and documentation culture
• Help establish engineering practices as an early technical hire

Requirements:

• 8+ Years Experience with Core Technology Stack

• Solidity programming language - Required
• Web3.js and/or any other blockchain connectivity frameworks
• ERC formats for tokenization, including Account Abstraction and RWA related standards
• OpenZeppelin smart contracts
• Blockchain / EVM-compatible networks
• Java and/or TypeScript coding skills
• Cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred)
• RDBMS (MySql preferred)
• Good understanding and/or interest in digital assets, including blockchain settlements, custody models, tokenized assets, smart contracts, stablecoins reconciliation tooling
• Customer experience in running workshops with multiple stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and delivery teams
• Impeccable communication skills
• Team mentorship and building - Running internal workshops and communities of practice

Nice to Have

• Experience in regulated finance
• Any non-EVM blockchain networks
• Familiarity with data privacy and protection considerations
• Design of distributed and decentralized systems at scale
