Your Key Responsibilities:

Provide end to end support to merchants, including payment processing, settlements, and technical guidance Monitor crypto treasury activity and validate crypto transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance Support and maintain technical integrations, including APIs and processing environments Identify, document, and communicate system issues, bugs, and improvement opportunities Deliver clear technical demonstrations and tutorials, and collaborate with internal teams to support ongoing operations

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field Previous experience in payments, acquiring, fintech, or financial operations, with strong advantage for crypto related environments Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify, document, and communicate technical issues and system improvements High level of English, written and spoken High attention to detail, reliability, and responsibility when handling sensitive financial data
