Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Assets Research Analyst with sell-side/buy-side experience who is curious and comfortable with cryptocurrencies and wishes to gain more experience working in a Blockchain start-up. The candidate will work directly with the founders and will join a diverse and strong research team focused on publishing research and shaping the strategy of our portfolio investments.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed investment analysis to formulate insightful and actionable recommendations
• Source for DeFi opportunities and alpha strategies; Comfortable writing market commentary
• Help conceptualize a metric/standard for DeFi portfolio analytics and protocol fundamental & comparative analysis
• Participate in key Crypto/DeFi events and comfortable interviewing / working with leading DeFi founders/projects
• Keep up-to-date with DeFi news and announcements

Requirements

• Undergraduate Degree (minimum), 0-2 years of experience
• Full-time (40 hours / week)
• Experience in trading DeFi / preferably in traditional markets too
• Good understanding of global markets
• Extremely strong written and oral communication skills
• Meticulous and analytical thinker
• Excellent Microsoft Excel Modeling skills, experience with APIs/VBA
• Strong work ethics, detail oriented and a passion for excellence
