Job Description

• Reviews tender documents/requests for proposals to understand project details and requirements;
• Support tender presentations and promote execution strategies at the corporate level
• Establish and track clash detection analysis matrix and 3D Coordination schedule
• Innovative to adopt BIM\xe2\x80\x99s centralization of the data about all a project\xe2\x80\x99s elements, linking BIM and other data together to import information, bringing uniformity and consistency to the model during the tender and project execution stage and provide coordination across disciplines.
• Conduct 3D modeling, coordination and create 4D construction sequence simulation animation.
• Production of high quality rendered images from 3D models via Revit, Sketchup and Navisworks Manage.
• Production of animated fly-throughs of 3D video project models and construction sequences
  

• Degree in Architectural Studies or Engineering, Construction & Technology, Design for Manufacturing or equivalent program
• At least 4 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the construction industry with hands on experience in Lumion, Fuzor, Revizto Revit, Navisworks,and other VDC softwares
• Candidates who are formally trained in BIM (Specialist Diploma or BCAA or equivalent Modelling Training Certification) will have an added advantage
• Good technical knowledge
• Highly motivated, proactive, self-driven with the initiative to work independently
• Understanding of typical architectural rendering process
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
• Excellent time management skills.
