Responsibilities:

• Elicit and manage the stakeholder\'s business requirements and translate them into detailed requirements documents, including user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Works closely with Project Manager/Product Owner on project schedule, issues and escalation.
• Work closely with UX designers to plan and organize research activities such as product conceptualization workshops and Usability Testing.
• Assess service requests for enhancements and maintenance of systems.
• Work with Quality Engineer to coordinate and monitor progress and acceptance of UAT, and manage defects as needed.
• Organize the product backlog by extensively gathering and analysing information with stakeholders and participate in crafting Functional/Design specifications.
• Identify potential project risks and its implication to the organisation and to recommend mitigating measures so as to manage the risks.
• Understand the IT management, quality management policy and security guidelines to ensure the development processes and system are designed to comply with these policies.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Singaporean only.
• Bachelor\'s degree in information technology, or related fields.
• Prior experience of at least 4 years in IT business analysis/developer, designing application solutions, and testing, or related.
• Experience in AWS cloud (AWS-related certification will be an added advantage).
• Proficiency in stakeholder management.
• Prior experience in product development and service design will be added advantage.
• Working experience in Agile methodologies (Related certification will be an added advantage).
• Previous involvement in government projects is advantageous.
• Prior experience in E-services applications/systems.
