As a Digital Business Analyst, you will work on 1 or more case management systems. You are required to collaborate with Delivery Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, Product Managers, and ServiceNow Consultants to deliver leading-edge digital solutions. You are a pro-active, self-motivated and resourceful team member with good tech/digital knowledge and possess strong influencing and people handling skills. You are also adept at balancing multiple projects concurrently while constantly looking for new ways to apply digital technologies to meet identified Product needs.
Your analytical skills will be essential in assessing business requirements and translating them into actionable insights that drive our projects forward. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technological solutions that are innovative, efficient, and user-friendly.
Key Responsibilities

• Collaborating closely with Product and Business teams to gather requirements using engaging, human-centric visual techniques like service journeys, while crafting a compelling business case.
• Teaming up with project groups to create user stories, as well as develop functional and technical specifications along with acceptance criteria.
• Assessing and recommending the best-fit technology solutions that align with the Judiciary's strategic technology directions, including the adoption of cloud solutions, enterprise architecture, legacy system modernization, and the SG Tech Stack.
• Selecting and implementing the ideal development methodology--be it Agile, Waterfall, or others--within Outsourced, Co-Sourced, or In-house development environments.
• Ensuring readiness of systems or products for seamless deployment, user adoption, and ongoing operations.
• Analyzing the implications of requested changes and suggesting improvements to consistently meet evolving business requirements, while collaborating with support teams to identify and resolve technical challenges during the Operations & Maintenance phase.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a business analyst role, preferably in a digital environment.
• Prior working experience in IT business analysis, application solutioning design and testing
• Participated in at least one full software or product development cycle, preferably using Agile Methodology
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyse data effectively.
• Possesses communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate findings and insights.
• Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude towards taking on new challenges and responsibilities. Ability to adapt to new environments and learn quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with complex data and information.
• Preferrable to have minimum 2 years working on CI/CD experience.
