New Business

• Identify new business opportunities and secure new businesses ( targets to be discussed )
• Identify new growth engines for Agency
• Identify strong business partners for Agency locally and regionally
• Spearhead digital practice processes in an ever-evolving environment
• Provide counsel in the development of omni-channel media and digital strategies for both new business pitches and ongoing client projects
• Enhance profitability of existing accounts
  

• Manage and train team of managers and executives
• Plan and implement integrated communications strategies (media and social media)
• Oversee execution of campaigns, which include knowledge in various content formats, social media analytics, conversion tests
• Understand media plans across programmatic, search and social platforms.
• Supervise campaign reporting and optimisation
• Execute new and creative collaborations among technologies and platforms
• Create work process for newly-acquired clients
• Manage work flow and other day-to-day operations of Agency
• Keep up to date on the latest developments in SEO, SEM, social, analytics, digital practices
  

• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in a digital and social media role and omni-channel strategies; performance media exposure will be a plus
• Experience in managing local, and regional (APAC) social and media accounts for and/or government bodies
• Experience in managing and training a team is one of the pre-requistes
• Exposure to backend development work or digital transformation will be considered favourably
  

• Strategic thinker with proven track record in leading digital projects to deliver business results
• Proven leadership skills
• Proven experience in presenting information both orally and in writing
• Proven track record in handling large media budgets and delivering ROI and real business results.
• Diligent, with a sense of responsibility
