Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Marketing (SEAPAC), the Digital Marketing & Communications Manager (SEA) will be primarily responsible to develop and enhance The Macallan's marketing communications strategy that can be driven across SEAPAC region with best-in-class execution of the brand building platforms designed for each of our respective priority brands.Job Responsibilities Work within the SEAPAC Marketing Strategy to set the direction for the region to ensure digital ecosystem integration and delivery of 360 marketing campaigns and new product launches are cohesively aligned with Growth Plans and Marketing calendar. Partner with Global appointed media partner(s) to ensure local relevance and asset delivery is fit for purpose and regulated (responsible drinking local requirements). Lead the development and implementation of The Macallan's consumer marketing communications strategy across SEAPAC. Champion the PR needs of SEAPAC by working closely with regional PR representative to ensure a feedback loop is sustain and the PR is in line with Global direction. Design fit for purpose and drive best-in-class execution of PR, Communications and Influencer Marketing strategic roadmap, consistent with Global brands. Drive all internal and external PR and Communications in charge (agencies) for brand image excellence delivered and cross-country consistency in line with Global guidelines. Adopt and adapt global brand digital system technology (e.g. Data capture applications, Affinity network) for local relevance and execution needs. Responsible for leading and managing 1 Digital Marketing Executive and 1 CRM Executive.Knowledge, Skils, Core Competencies Minimum 6-8 years marketing experience in Marketing Communications, Digital marketing, e-Commerce, B2C, CRM or related field. University degree, preferably in business marketing, digital marketing. Has track record managing and delivering strong digital presence especially on multiple social media platforms across multiple markets in SEAPAC. Media trained and experience with PR and Influencer Marketing for leading brand portfolio in a critical market (i.e. Singapore). High affinity with luxury products and knowledge of / experience with "premium" (online and offline) media. Analytical mindset and result orientated. Able to work independently as well as across teams in a fast-paced environment, responsible and well-organised, with minimal coaching. Experience in the wines and spirits / luxury / FMCG industry preferred. Strong knowledge in Google Analytic,. Hubspot email marketing, HTML/CSS, Acquia CMS and UI/UX competency is a plus. Excellent communicator both verbal and written, and able to present in front of media.Application will close on 10 September 2022.
