Digital Commerce and Marketing Manager/Specialist

As a Digital Commerce and Marketing Manager/Specialist, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the digital commerce and digital marketing strategy in the assigned area. Proactively leading, developing and coaching relevant business stakeholders. Managing action plans to achieve both the key qualitative and quantitative targets in a profitable way, and to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Reporting to the global Digital Commerce Platform Leader, you will be leading Digital Commerce and Digital Marketing strategy including business development in Asia Pacific region, drive and provide team support to expand EL business portfolio in digital commerce channels. This position is based in Singapore.

Your responsibilities

  • Driving ecommerce and digital marketing strategy in Asia Pacific
  • Improving digital experience of both direct and indirect customers via ABB platforms and localize Digital Commerce Global initiatives (eBusiness transformation, PIM etc.)
  • Driving digital commerce business development and sales in close collaboration with countries in scope
  • Supporting online distribution channel
  • Developing further market opportunities (e.g. via ABB platforms/ marketplaces)
  • Developing and executing clear Digital Commerce KPI tracking including target setting in close collaboration with country leadership
  • Planning and implementing the digital marketing strategies for the assigned area in accordance with global marketing and sales strategy and budget. Producing action plans in collaboration with inhouse experts and agencies accordingly. Able to develop and showcase best practice marketing case studies in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Defining key sales and marketing targets in line with division/business Unit strategy and ensuring these are achieved
  • Ensuring (with HR Manager support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed across the region. Coaching, motivating and developing direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies
  • Providing subject matter expertise in the area of Digital Commerce and Digital Marketing
Your background
  • Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business, marketing or information systems
  • More than 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in eCommerce sales and business development and/or Digital Marketing
  • Knowledge of local and regional markets and environment
  • Awareness of digital marketing principles and technologies
  • Strategy, implementation, change management experience
  • Good knowledge and experience of ABB products and systems (preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), Google Analytics (preferred), Salesforce CRM (preferred), Pardot (preferred), Sitefinity CMS (preferred)
  • A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Passionate for trying out new things and ability to perform well under pressure
