Our client is a global travel retailer, distributor and duty-free operator. Due to continued business growth, we are currently partnering them to look for a Digital Commerce Coordinator.




As a member of the Regional team, you will support the projects and daily operations of IT Digital Commerce initiatives within the Asia Pacific region. As a Digital Commerce Coordinator, you will

  • gather documentation to support business requirements for improving features of websites and mobile applications that will provide our customers with a seamless journey.
  • support in refining Users\xe2\x80\x99 experience and stories and define acceptance criteria for product and process enhancements.
  • respond timely to cases logged via ticketing system (Omni-Tracker) for front-end issues. and escalate matters requiring further resolution to the Global Team or external providers while also analysing trends to minimise recurrence of issues.
  • support projects through scheduling of project meetings with cross-functional stakeholders, capture key points for documentation and/or follow up and collaborate with stakeholders with thorough follow ups based on agreed timelines.
  • support implementation of Google Analytics Tagging process.
  • track and report release-specific KPIs such as \xe2\x80\x9cClick and Conversion rates\xe2\x80\x9d for business units to provide recommendation, when needed.



Requirements

  • a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline.
  • a relevant experience of 2 to 3 years in coordinating IT projects.
  • knowledge in Agile project methodologies (Certified Scrum Product Owner is an advantage), Project / Sprint planning tools such as Jira, Confluence and Miro, and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
  • a working knowledge on SAP ERP system, SAP CRM, SAP Hybris Marketing and Google Analytics is advantageous.
  • a detail-oriented and systematic way of organising and setting priorities based on business needs.
  • has strong interpersonal and communication skills in managing stakeholders with dedication to see through the execution and final delivery within the agreed timeline.
  • a self-motivated team player with a \xe2\x80\x9ccan-do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude and a passion to pursue a career in digital product management.
