Job Description

The role is primarily responsible for managing company\'s digital platforms (website, social media, email), and also providing support for other marketing promotions and events.

Adecco is partnering with a global multi-level marketing company that specializes in personal care, beauty and wellness products. They are seeking an Marketing & Communications Specialist to join their growing team.

The Job:

PR

• Planning and execution of PR campaigns and calendar
• Develop key media strategies, foster strong media relations and generate media coverage
• Build relationships with key media
• Ensure global corporate guidelines and messaging are adhered to
• Plan for award submission and implement community relations projects
• Build and maintain good relations with key associations

Marketing and Corporate Communications

• Drive and content manage corporate website, social media and email communications
• Responsible for community management and engagement on social media platforms
• Assist in managing SEM and SEO in line with digital initiatives
• Copywriting and editing of corporate magazine, newsletter, corporate news and announcement
• Administer and ensure compliance of corporate presentations, and brand-building efforts
• Translation of marketing copy and in-house publications from English to Chinese, and vice versa
• Provide communications support and contribute to marketing promotions, campaigns and events

The Talent:

• At least 1-3 years of relevant working experience
• Knowledge in media relations and/or community relations
• Knowledge on developing publications and promotional materials
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Experience in copywriting, proof reading, project coordination and strong English and/or Chinese translation
