Job Description
We are looking to hire a Digital Engineer who will play an important role for the organization in ensuring our digital advertising assets are operating optimally!
:
Operational:
- Support day-to-day Digital Operation, which includes standby after office hour
- Conduct preventive maintenance and regular health check on digital assets
- Maintain up-to-date digital assets inventory
- Participate in projects to install new/upgrade digital display
- Ensure service level compliance
- Drive continuous improvement to improve assets uptime and operational efficiency
- Prepare monthly reports
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and SOP
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical / Mechatronics
- 1 years of experience in Audio-Visual installation and troubleshooting
- Some experience in the any of the following area:
- Media Players
- Display (LCD / LED screens, Video Controllers, Decoder, Encoder, etc.)
- Fluent English speaking
- Able to work under stress and able to multi-task
- Motivated, proactive & Independent
- Able to communicate technical message effectively to business users
- Linux OS / Network / Mechanical Parts / Medium voltage electrical switchgear and distribution / PLC / IoT system and design
- Project Management
