Operational

• Support and manage day-to-day Digital Operation, which includes standby for emergency fault call or troubleshooting after office hour and occasionally, onsite presence is required.
• Provide support on areas like Electrical, Audio-Visual, PLC, Servo System, Motor and Mechanical Parts
• Install and support Digital LCD/LED display and assist Operations team to perform troubleshooting
• Conduct preventive maintenance and regular health check on digital assets
• Management of digital assets inventory, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates

Processes and Coordination

• Participate in Digitals Assets installation projects
• Serve as a liaison between the Vendor and other internal teams on Digital assets and related systems integrations

Efficiency, Compliance, and Improvement

• Monitoring of Service Level Agreement (SLA) for compliance
• Drive continuous improvement to improve assets uptime and operational efficiency
• Provide digital training and prepare for training materials
• Provide monthly KPI reports
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and SOP
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical / Mechatronics
• 1-2 years of experience in Audio-Visual installation and troubleshooting
• Strong experience in the following area:

• End User Computing (EUC) and digital players

• Audio-Visual components (LCD / LED screens, Video Controllers, Decoder, Encoder, etc)

• Fluent English speaking
• Able to work under stress and able to multi-task
• Additional experience and/or knowledge on the following area will be an added advantage:

• Basic Linux

• Networking which includes Layer2/3 switching and VLAN

• Mechanical Parts, Medium voltage electrical switch gear and distribution

• Network Protocols including Ethernet, Devicenet, Profibus, Controlnet, Servo drive, etc.

• Industrial Automation and Control components including but not limited to Variable speed drives, safety devices and vision systems.

• PLC programming

• IoT system and design

• Project Management
• Ability to communicate complex technical message effectively to business users
• Motivated, proactive & independent; anticipates problems and works effectively
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced and results-oriented culture
