Job Description

The Digital FX Implementations Project Manager will be responsible for driving new client-facing technology onboarding projects. Reporting to the Head of Digital FX Implementations, the individual will coordinate the integration of a suite of FX trading applications and the implementation of multi-country solutions on CitiFX Pulse, Citi\'s award-winning FX dealing platform. The candidate will work with clients from Citi\'s corporate and public sector segments, and the role requires extensive coordination with our sales teams and client stakeholders. The role involves understanding the client\'s environment where the application will be implemented, required interfaces, user journeys and bespoke customizations. T he candidate must demonstrate the ability to engage different client profiles and stakeholders, and be able to deliver on project timelines, while ensuring full adherence to Citi\'s governance and controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end implementation and onboarding cycle, liaising with client stakeholders, product teams, developers, technical support and sales
• Contribute to the UAT and go-live procedures, adhering to Citi\'s technology deployment requirements
• Manage up to 10 implementations at any one time, ranging from 4-10 weeks.
• Contribute to sales solutioning and design from time to time
• Contribute to client onboarding an CX projects and initiatives

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of experience
• Previous experience in client-facing roles with proven track record on technology deployment, client implementation and project management
• Adept with FIX protocol and have experience with API integrations
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Ability to articulate technical concepts in an accessible manner
• Knowledge and experience of payments (interbank and card processing) processes will be a plus

Education:

• Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
