The Position

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with clinicians and end users to understand clinicians\xe2\x80\x99 and healthcare professionals & Healthcare Ecosystem Industry stakeholders requirements, formulate the requirements to user stories and use cases

Serve as a digital health visionary and contribute to customers\xe2\x80\x99 Digital Health strategy & execution

Stay up to date on clinical & digital HC industry changes to ensure our customers are always ahead of the curve on digital and social

The ability to lead, work in a team and in a diverse work environment, unstructured settings and able to adapt to new environments and challenges;

Experience in communicating clinical / technical concepts to non-technical audience;

Confident and convincing communicator with strong relationship building skills;

Service minded towards our partners and stakeholders with a flexible attitude;

Eager to collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer satisfaction (i.e., Business

Development, Support delivery, and Product Management)

Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to chair meetings and host webinars.

Excellent writing and communication skills in English

Willingness to travel 50% of the time.

Knowledge/Skills/Attributes

Doctor of Medicine (M.D.)/ MBBS / Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent in Nursing/Pharmacy, Life Science or related scientific discipline

6+ years Digital Healthcare consulting work experience within the APAC healthcare / Insurance sector

Strong knowledge about the Healthcare sector(public & private), hospital processes and systems.

Passion in both digital & Clinical solutions.

Experience on public tenders ; commercial proposals development

Comfortable working in early stages of commercial launch

Good understanding and experience of business models, market segmentation/prioritization and early adopter engagement

Skilled at building positive relationships with customers, especially at the Executive level

Proven customer centricity mindset

Creative & Innovative in Digital HC solutioning.
