As the business leader of the Digital Learning Solution under PaCE@NTU, you will work closely with the Director to develop NTU online business strategy and partnership model for the B2C and B2B segments, globally. Through market segmentation, you will reach out to value-added online platform providers, develop business case, identify training programme needs, co-brand and co-market to drive exponential enrolment collaboratively. You will work with legal, finance, IT and Programme development offices to develop business viable proposition. Guide marketing, operations, and admin teams to enable an orchestrated execution with platform providers to all their market places and communities.
As part of the global scaling team, you will be the digital forefront to provide industry-best training programmes for individual and executive to obtain their Reskill, Upskill, and Cross-Skill learning objectives. For Entrepreneurs and Career Switchers to achieve their transitional goals.
In partnership with internal high performing teams, you are instrumental to guide budget planning, revenue recognition and reporting, programme and content enhancement, process and online learning outcome improvement reviews.

As the 1st digital learning business leader, you are expected to deliver impressive scorecard and strategy to the management, regularly. You shall be an initiator to lead partnership acquisition, enable online enrolment, drive platform partnership, profitability and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive digital business success with B2C and B2B digital platform providers,
Lead partnership profitability, market traction and hyper-scaling globally,
Collaborate with internal departments to enable best-in-class training programmes and seamless execution, not limiting to Edtech, IT & Engineering, Programme development, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Operations and Supports,
Conduct profitability study, pricing strategy, partner performance review and growth plans,
Educate internal stakeholders on platform training opportunities and niches as well as market-pulses and intelligence to advance programme development, impact, and market share.
Drive QBR, set priority and resource alignment with Marketing, Business Development, Training, and Operation teams,
Develop sales campaigns with Marketing for maximum ROI and traction,
Requirements:
Preferably 10-year experience in building digital platform business,
Ideally from EdTech industry, and are familiar with EdTech trend and ecosystems,
Familiar with online platform partnership business model from professional services, consulting, education, or training industry
Experience in building global partnership and success,
Experience in driving high impact sales and marketing campaigns and achieve more than 50k course enrolments per year.
Preferred Qualifications:
Enterprising executive preferably worked in MNC and Start-up environments,
Strong in developing Sales plan, and Management reports,
Strategic with strong analytical skills, factual, and data-driven,
Resourceful, Trustworthy, and Progressive
Comfortable working in a self-governing, dynamic, and fast-paced environments.
