Digital Lead - Property Management/Real Estate The Digital Lead in Property Management is responsible for developing and implementing technology solutions to enhance the management and operation of a company\'s real estate portfolio. The role involves working closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and technology providers to identify and implement innovative solutions to improve operational efficiencies and enhance the tenant experience. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a digital and technology strategy for the property management division
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to identify technology solutions that enhance operational efficiencies and tenant experience
- Manage and oversee the implementation of technology solutions, including property management software, IoT devices, and other smart building technologies
- Provide training and support to internal stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption and use of technology solutions
- Develop and implement data analytics strategies to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure the security and integrity of all digital and technology assets, including managing cybersecurity risks and compliance with data protection regulations
- Manage the budget for technology and digital initiatives, ensuring that investments align with business objectives and provide a return on investment
- Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Strong experience in technology and digital transformation, preferably in the property management industry
- Strong knowledge of property management systems, IoT devices, and smart building technologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Familiarity with cybersecurity risks and data protection regulations
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget
