DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Support assigned digital project(s)/operation(s) including strategy, processes and business intelligence Digital co-ordination for events requirements and Hot Sales To ensure the Digital Roadmap is adequate to meet business objectives Undertake digital project management duties to track and co-ordinate the progress of the roadmap Audit business needs / solutions on a regular basis and assess their outcomes Liaise with project stakeholders and ensure regular and consistent flow of communication Keep abreast of technology and industry developments and contribute to ongoing enhancements Provide high quality professional day to day execution in all areas of responsibilities and in respect to special assigned projects Digital Business Platform Administration (Ticketing, Website, OBS, SAP CRM, SAP ERP, SAP MKT, and upcoming systems etc.) Contract and Services follow-up (users, vendors, invoices, procurement, issues) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Minimum 10 years relevant proven working experience Strong Digital & Marketing Skills and Knowledge from Solution to Market Experience in Web/Mobile development (HTML/CSS, Responsive Design etc) Experience in LPV (Large Public Venue), Arenas, Stadium, Theatres or similar Good analytical & communication skills, able to articulate technology solutions to partners/users Versatile and innovative mindsets and able to challenge assumptions
