The Job

We are currently seeking a digital marketing & communications manager with expertise to manage the development of our websites following the restructuring of CapitaLand Group into our privatised real estate development unit, CapitaLand Development and our Singapore-listed real estate investment management business, CapitaLand Investment. The candidate will lead our web content management and will work with our business units to leverage our websites to support their digital marketing initiatives and objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the custodian of our websites - manage and maintain content operations
  • Engage with stakeholders across business units and geographies to identify and analyse business needs and challenges, and work with the tech team to propose and oversee solutions for the web
  • Work with business units to strategise and leverage our websites for digital marketing initiatives and campaigns to achieve business objectives
  • Partner with internal tech resources and external vendors from requirements gathering to UAT of bug fixes/new feature requests
  • Derive actionable insights through constant monitoring of web statistics and campaign analytics reporting
  • Provide onboarding/training to the marketing tech platform for new/existing users, and serve as the subject matter expert to provide first level support when users encounter issues
  • Assist in department initiatives as and when assigned (e.g. media monitoring reporting)
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications or Marketing with at least 6-7 years of relevant work experience in digital content management/web authoring, digital marketing and analytics
  • A good understanding of digital marketing trends, strategies and best practices (e.g. SEO, SEM)
  • Demonstrated project management experience, from conceptualising, organising, planning to executing large-scale digital communications and marketing projects. Strong vendor management skills are a must
  • Proficient and is able to quickly gain power user status of marketing tools - including and not limited to Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and programming language (HTML/CSS)
  • Familiar with Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/Premiere Pro
  • Prior experience in digital marketing agency is preferred
  • A self-starter who is results driven, analytical with a keen eye for details, has good communications skills and is able to manage different stakeholders to achieve objectives
  • Able to work within tight deadlines with minimal supervision and works well in a team
