Job Description

Main goal to support the maximisation of revenue and lifetime value of Digital Propositions launched by Chubb with distribution partners in a B2B2C model, by applying Analytics and Digital marketing techniques, focused on specific partner and proposition categories.Digital Marketing, Analytics and Revenue GrowthWork together with Product Managers, Data Analysts and Key Account Managers to drive strong and effective digital distribution strategies, plan, test and optimize propositions using analytics and digital marketing. To achieve business goals, you will collaborate local and regional counterparts, and have global Revenue Growth leadership support.You will support Digital Propositions end-to-end, designing campaigns and test plans for launch, as well as working closely with digital partners and colleagues to deploy best practices in proposition optimization, cross-selling and customer retention. That includes, but is not limited to, top of funnel optimization, product and placement improvements.You should base decisions on a strong test & learn discipline and help to institutionalise voice of the customer and analytics initiatives.Your final KPI is revenue from the partners and products you focus on.Revenue Maximization platformProvide inputs to support the development of a new platform designed to maximize revenue from existing Chubb digital partners (Banks, eCommerce, SuperApps, Airlines, Fintech, Gig Platforms, etc.) using Data, machine learning and algorithms across all lines of business and geographies. Chubb believes the evolution of embedded insurance is the need for an engine to determine best product (product recommendation engine) to the right audience via the right digital journey. So machine learning and algorithms will feed into this and enable ongoing experimentation and improvement to maximize performance and lifetime value.The role works closely with Digital Product Managers, Data Analysts and Account Managers.Responsibilities: Maximize revenue from partners and products they focus on, using digital marketing, analytics, voice of the customer and test and learn disciplines. Support proposition launch, with focus on marketing campaigns and test plans, post-launch reviews, etc. Contribute to install an overall growth discipline across the organization, and contribute to strategic projects e.g., omnichannel and revenue maximization platform
