Digital Marketing and Programme Management Internship/Work Attachment

ItsRainingRaincoats, an acclaimed charity dedicated to supporting migrant workers, is seeking a passionate Intern to join our team and assist with our Digital Marketing and NextGen programme.

Position: Intern, Digital Marketing and Programme Management

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Location: 470 Upper Paya Lebar Road Singapore 534235

Open to students and non students looking to gain work experience.

Duration: 6 months or more

We have been recognised for our impactful work and are now offering an exciting internship opportunity for individuals who wish to contribute their skills and knowledge to a meaningful cause.

Responsibilities

Manage and create engaging content for our social media platforms

Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies

Support the team in organising and promoting events and campaigns

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our online presence

Analyse and report on the performance of social media campaigns

Help in building and nurturing our NextGen communities

Coordinate communications and donations/ad hoc workshops and events with IRR student mentors and schools

Requirements

Enthusiasm and passion for making a positive difference

Excellent communication and writing skills

Familiarity with various social media platforms

Proficiency in Canva, Google Docs and Excel preferred

Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box

Knowledge of digital marketing trends, best practices, poster design skills is a plus

Ability to manage and support various campaigns and initiatives

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
