Job Description


Reporting to the team manager, you be part of a dynamic and innovative team, fulfilling a highly cross-functional and collaborative role. The team will be responsible for developing and implementing compelling digital marketing and engagement strategies for both internal and external stakeholders. For this role, you should have a good understanding of the integrated digital marketing, loyalty programme and CRM technology to support the team in the development and execution of the mall’s digital road map which includes digital solutions to increase work efficiency, competitiveness and improve the quality of the shopping experience.


  • Digital Marketing and Loyalty ProgrammePlanning and execution of new features or enhancements to the mall’s loyalty programme and/or related digital platforms and systems, including project management, testing, training, deployment planning prior to project roll-out and post deployment trouble shooting.
  • Maintain loyalty programme databases to ensure accuracy of shopper’s and tenant’s data.
  • Support the team and work closely with vendors, internal and external teams in all marketing technology projects and on the implementation of assigned projects.
  • Analysis of mall loyalty programme data and/or competitor analysis
  • Extract relevant data insights to support and shape business decisions.
  • Improve the existing loyalty programme, target marketing initiatives and members’ engagement.
  • Measure returns on investment and effectiveness of enhancements.
Other Marketing Technology Projects
  • Conduct market research on competitors and marketing technology trends
  • Responsible in ensuring that all related workflow and processes comply to internal and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the team in assigned digitization projects initiatives
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Marketing / Digital Marketing / CRM system development with relevant experience in running digital based loyalty programmes for malls and project management in technology-led marketing projects
  • Able to champion the design, build, enhancement and maintenance of loyalty system features and enhancements to support the current and future needs of the business.
  • To work with business units to gather, understand, evaluate business requirements for new initiatives, change requests and enhancements.
  • Has good knowledge of CRM solutions and able to write technical specifications.
  • Excellent project management skills, with willingness to work through a project from planning to launch, and to learn new software and systems.
  • To manage the contracts with system vendors and ensure all SLA are met
  • Thrives in a multi-tasking environment with the ability to prioritise and organise work effectively to meet deadlines
  • Knowledge in CRM & programming language is an advantage.
