Key Responsibilities:
Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies
Manage social media accounts and create content calendars
Coordinate digital marketing campaigns, including email and online advertising
Assist in the creation of marketing materials (brochures, presentations, etc.)
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
2-3 years of relevant experience in administrative and/or marketing roles
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic design or marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar)
Prior experience in TCM group or chain clinic operations preferred
Proficient in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to facilitate communications regarding TCM treatment protocols and supplier co-ordination.
