Job Description
Our client is a market leader in the Real Estate Industry. They are looking for a Retail Leasing Manager to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing team operations, including mentoring team members in the execution of leasing strategies.
- Identifying potential lessees and collaborating with designated agents to identify suitable occupants.
- Engaging in negotiations for lease renewals, finalizing lease agreements, and managing associated leasing documentation.
- Conducting comprehensive research on market dynamics and staying informed about industry trends.
- Facilitating communication with lessees and occupants regarding leasing and tenancy-related matters.
- Encouraging team members to provide mentorship within the team structure.
- A Bachelor\'s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the retail or commercial leasing sector.
