Contributes to the growth of the e-commerce business
Develop new online sales channels
Create new on-line sales promotion to increase revenue
Maintain and update contents across all e-commerce platforms
Ensure that Products, Promotions, Prices and Content on the e-Commerce platforms are up-to-date and accurate at all times
Liaise with relevant internal functions to fulfil customers' orders
Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders
To assist in the business planning and launching of marketing activities
Responsible for all online communications and content creation, write and handle regular post/content and initiate activities on social media platforms
To manage issues communications with regard to the social media platforms
Work closely with other team members on projects and other operational & retail marketing support matters
Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior
Requirements:
Diploma/ Degree in Marketing/ Business Studies or its equivalent
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in the area of e-commerce, digital development, marketing or its related field
Meticulous in order processing and timely reply to consumers’ enquiries
Energetic, customer-oriented and able to multi-task effectively
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
Must possess initiative and able to work independently with positive attitude
Ability to perform under pressure
Highly IT literate
Proficiency in Adobe Software (i.e. Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience in Graphic Design will be an advantage
