We are seeking a curious, creative, and passionate
Digital Marketing Associate
who thrives on storytelling that connects and converts. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of content strategy and audience engagement across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute platform-specific content calendars aligned with brand objectives
Craft compelling, authentic content that builds meaningful connections with target audiences
Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns with a focus on engagement and conversion
Conduct trend research and apply insights to enhance campaign performance
Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics across channels such as Instagram, YouTube, and others
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency and voice
Contribute creative ideas and strategic input to ongoing marketing efforts
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management
Proficient in social media platforms, content management tools, and analytics software
Strong communication skills and a keen eye for storytelling and design
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to keep up with digital trends
