As B.P. de Silva's Digital Marketing & Commerce Strategist, you will be a part of a growing team in its most exciting, and perhaps most challenging phase as the brand celebrates its 150th Anniversary As B.P. de Silva's Digital Marketing & Commerce Strategist, you will be a part of a growing team in its most exciting, and perhaps most challenging phase as the brand celebrates its 150th Anniversary in 2022. Your key responsibilities will be: Conducting market and consumer psychology research and being abreast of emerging digital trends, tools and platforms. Performing digital marketing analytics, preparing reports, and sharing key insights with the team to develop optimisation plans, including managing platforms for outreach and possible international stockists. Strategising and implementing digital marketing efforts, including KOL and brand partnerships. Full spectrum digital ads management, including but not limited to, ad buy, conceptualising content, implementing effective campaigns, analysing data, and evaluating campaign performance. Maintaining and regularly updating website and other digital company presence, and to improve overall client web UX. Inventory management and evaluating sales performance online and in retail locations. Implementing and improving e-commerce SOP. Coordinating with relevant parties and agencies to ensure consistency in marketing strategies across all channels. Marketing team support and ad-hoc support to the relevant teams, including but not limited to photography, client relationship management and retail operations. Role requirements A degree in Marketing, Business Management, or equivalent. Strong understanding of Shopify and proven expertise in e-commerce. Proficiency of social media platforms, and digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc. Proven expertise in B2C social media, email campaigns and SEO/SEM. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. An eye for luxury branding, and a keen understanding of its nuances. Initiative and resilience. The ability to prioritise work, and complete tasks diligently in a fast-paced environment. The drive to work well with a team, and/or on their own. The willingness to learn. At least 2 years of work experience in a relevant field.
