About the Client: Our client is a leading online marketplace that focuses on supplying"everything for your home" (furniture, homewares, garden products, appliances and more). As an online marketplace, we connect our customers with over 1 million products sold by many leading Australian retailers.You will be working within our Marketing Tech team and responsible for supporting all aspects of CLC and CRM initiatives.: As an Email Marketing Coordinator, you will coordinate content strategy and support campaign delivery across the day-to-day marketing streams to support key business objectives and revenue growth. To be successful in this role, you will need high attention to detail, exceptional coordination and time management skills, and the ability to manage and prioritise workflow within our established channel processes.Responsibilities:
Building email, push, and SMS campaigns within the marketing platform and external tools
Coordinating the proofing & approvals process to attain stakeholder feedback
Communicating campaign details and audience segmentation
Applying best practices to marketing campaigns and identifying new ways to improve campaign performance
Assist with QA to ensure 100% error-free execution on campaign elements and set-up
Supporting the CRM team's A/B testing goals and requirements
Assist CRM team with process improvements, quality checks, logging errors, and escalating potential issues
Report on key metrics for day-to-day marketing campaigns across email and push
Manages email marketing calendar and coordinate additional requests for CRM team
Collaborate with retail, merch and design teams to improve asset delivery processes
Support weekly planning and strategy
Additional marketing support where required
Qualifications:
Minimum 1-3 years of email marketing experience
With experience in any Marketing Platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Pardot, etc.)
Skilled with HTML and CSS; experience in Photoshop is an advantage.
High Attention to details.
Exceptional coordination and time management skills.
Has the ability to manage and prioritise workflow within establish channel processes
Excellent Communication Skills
