Skills and Qualifications
  • A Digital Marketing degree and 5 or more years of experience in a relevant role.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across the creative and analytical aspects of marketing and communications.
  • Experience in the development and management of a budget.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in digital and social media marketing.
  • Experience in content development and publishing.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).
  • Functional knowledge and professional experience with creating and maintaining social media pages.
  • Professional experience in setting up and maintaining Facebook Business Manager, Facebook Sponsored Ads, Dynamic Ads, and Marketplace.
  • Professional experience in setting up and maintaining Google Ads.
  • Professional experience in setting up and maintaining Google My Business.
  • Professional experience in EDM creation and management.
  • Working knowledge of principles of SEO including keyword research.
  • Excellent writing and language skills.
  • Organizational skills, with a commitment to focus on the job to be done.
  • Team skills – Polite, professional, and cooperative with other team members.
What You Will Do
  • Provide digital media management: social media, Google Ads, Google My Business, EDMs, and website content.
  • Analysis of social and digital marketing activity and budgets, reported monthly.
  • Create content that is engaging, reflective of clients and brands, relevant, and updated regularly.
  • Take responsibility for management and increasing engagement across client’s social media, Google Ads, Google My Business, EDMs, and website content.
  • Ensure that social media fans/followers are successfully converted to customers.
  • Provide responsive and awesome client service in responding to and managing assigned requests
  • Accurate and timely creation and management of content.

Among their services are website design, inventory marketing, SEO, SEM, video production, and reputation management.
