SCOPE
Reporting to the Director of Revenue Management, the Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Manager will maintain the hotel website and actively update content, in accordance with the Kempinski Corporate manuals and policies. The incumbent will take care of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and is responsible to drive the growth of the e-commerce business by enhancing customer experience, managing customer order fulfilment, technology, and infrastructural plans. He/She will position the brand website as the priority channel of electronic distribution, and optimize the hotel\'s overall digital presence and is responsible for generating data-driven commercial insights and managing relationships with partners for the business.
