Job Description

:

• Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) for digital marketing channels.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to optimize marketing strategies.
• Manage the company\'s social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Engage with followers, respond to queries, and monitor online reviews.
• Maintain and update the company website in collaboration with the web development team to ensure content is accurate and engaging.
• Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), and provide insights and recommendations for improvements.
• Work closely with other departments (sales, product, and customer service) to ensure alignment of marketing strategies and objectives.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on the Japanese market.
• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in marketing automation technology, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and content management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Experience in the technology or e-commerce industry.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development basics.
• Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other digital marketing tools.
