• Design and oversee all aspects of the digital/online presence including content, the basic setup of social media platforms, email marketing, and online campaigns.
• Develop and monitor all digital campaigns
• Plan and manage the social media platforms with the Brand/Principal.
• Prepare accurate reports on the marketing campaign's overall performance.
• Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
• Evaluate important metrics that will affect website traffic, target audience, and online sales
• Work with all teams to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
• Works hand in hand with sales and operations of the mobile application and e-commerce site including meeting sales targets.
• Recommends enhancements to digital presence citing best practices.
• Prepares offline marketing campaigns as well for recruitment, roadshows, etc.
• Prepares materials for print targeting tertiary retail outlets (sari-sari stores)

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate of marketing or related 4 or 5-year course.
• At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce and/or digital marketing.
• Must have handled a digital marketing team previously.
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
• Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
