SG Digital Marketing Manager | MCI | Global engagement & marketing agency
The OpportunityThe Digital Marketing Manager is both a creative and a strategic role. You'll help shape our regional marketing strategy, bringing the MCI brand to life in new and creative ways and scale our reach and engagement across channels. You will also help our corporate clients manage and activate their digital campaigns to drive value and differentiation across the customer journey. The role is highly visible within the organization and requires collaboration across sales, accounts, and the content team. The role will report to the Strategic and Creative Solutions Director and will use a variety of modern marketing practices, including direct email marketing and automation, SEO/ Google Ads, and other tactics to drive engagement with our core audiences.The ideal candidate for this role is clever, creative, and has a passion for leveraging the latest marketing tools and automation to strategically build brands, capture attention, and generate advocacy. You have a pulse on culture. You obsess over the perfect emoji. You've worked on highly creative digital campaigns for corporate brands. And you have a deep understanding of social platform capabilities (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, TikTok) and their user behaviours/ communities.This is a unique opportunity for someone who loves to be challenged intellectually, operates with flexibility, and leads with kindness to have an outsized impact on the future of MCI.Key Responsibilities

  • Drive marketing strategy, creative conception, and execution for digital projects across organic and paid channels.
  • Manage, setup and run marketing automation platforms
  • Measure results and optimize campaigns to convert leads into customers
  • Manage monthly editorial calendar to ensure all content is planned and aligned to relevant seasonal, cultural, and brand moments
  • Collaborating closely with and providing consultative input and ideas to B2B clients on their digital projects and marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in developing proposals for digital campaigns across active client roster

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field
  • Experience in demand generation, lead nurturing and drip campaigns
  • Knowledge of the digital ad and email communication space
  • Experience working with either HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot or similar marketing automation platforms
  • Experience planning, designing, and executing digital marketing campaigns in the B2B space
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Knowledge in web analytics tools (Google AdWords, Google Search Console, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
