The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee the Company's interactions with the community by building and implementing content strategies on a variety of social media platforms to ensure the key business objectives are met.
He/She builds strategies to publish display, social media, SEO and web advertisements. With the team, he/she brainstorms new, creative ideas for digital campaigns, then they’ll build a schedule for each element of the campaign. They delegate the necessary takes to each team member based on their specific interests or skills.
Responsibilities
Develops digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition. Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Monitor the company’s social media channels and support strategies to respond to queries and comments to build the engagement with the community
Designs, builds, and maintains the Company’s social media presence.
Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.
Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
Work with other teams to ensure brand consistency
Requirements
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Equivalent
Proven track record and experience as a Digital Marketing Manager
Experience in content management
Excellent knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
A passion for building strong community and storytelling
Experience in developing high-quality contents, paid and owned media campaigns
Analytical and detail-oriented
Deep knowledge of online marketing channels
Able to develop budgets
Familiar with financial planning and strategy
