- Develop digital marketing strategies and campaigns, including SEO, SEM, marketing database, email and social media, to build our digital presence
- Direct the Digital Marketing Executive and collaborate with agencies and other vendors to execute the marketing campaigns and in designing, building and maintain our social media presence
- Evaluate our end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels (such as website and social media) and customer touch points
- Measure and analyse the results and effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and efforts to deliver actionable insights and recommendations
- Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, competitors, social and digital tools
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
