Roles & Responsibilities The candidate should be able to perform the following:
Brainstorm new and creative ways to build brand awareness and advocates.
Develop content strategy targeted at audience in different funnel stages
Engage online community by cultivating conversations and sharing relevant content on different platforms (not limited to social media, blogs, e-newsletters and/or youtube, messenger, facebook groups, telegram, wechat,etc)
Grow strategic partnership with corporates and media for publicity and content distribution
Monitor social media campaigns, online conversations and analyze web traffic from the online community.
Evaluate, optimise and report on website and digital marketing campaign performance
Supervise team in the execution on online initiatives
Work with external writers and agencies to reach marketing goals
Requirements:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing, journalism or a related field
Hands on experience in SEO, copywriting and content marketing
Highly savvy in social media like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tik Tok, & LinkedIn
Strong track record of success growing online communities from scratch
Great written communication skills
Proactive, execution-oriented and resourceful
Driven with strong project management skills
